Easter Weekend 2014

Geez... It's been so long since I last posted that I had to look up my password! :( I think it's safe to say that life with 3 kids, a husband with 3 jobs outside of the home, and myself with 3 jobs outside the home amounts to very little time to sit down and blog. In fact, I got out Callie's baby book to write about her walking now and I realized there are several months that all I got written down was her stats for that month. SAD!!! Anyway, on to why I'm blogging today... We just celebrated another Easter and it was a wonderful weekend for our family. We were all off Friday so we slept in (until 7:30) and then played outside, took Preston to golf lessons, and then Joey, Liz, and Cates came over and we did a little shopping, dyed eggs, and ate. We all had a great time. Saturday we had our annual egg hunt at the Shands followed by dinner. Sunday we went to church and then went back to the Shands to eat a bite and tell Joey, Liz, and Cates goodbye. We came home, took a short nap and then met the Drumwrights at their land to do a little playing. Preston was covered with mud from head to toe. Mostly after he got the Razor stuck in the mud and tried to get it out. Logan took Emily riding for a long time and he was so sweet and didn't get a single speck of mud on her. The boys shot a gun and us girls just lounged and watched. It was a fun day and weekend and once again, we are reminded of how blessed we are to have wonderful friends and family.
